Job Title: Executive Assistant to the Managing Director
Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Employment Type: Full-Time
Reports To: Managing Director
About the Role
- The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative and strategic support to the Managing Director, ensuring efficient coordination of executive activities and organizational priorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage executive schedules, meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare reports, presentations, business correspondence, and meeting minutes.
- Coordinate communication between the MD and internal/external stakeholders.
- Track action items and ensure timely follow-up on executive decisions.
- Organize management meetings and strategic planning sessions.
- Maintain confidential records and sensitive corporate information.
- Support special projects and strategic initiatives as assigned.
Qualifications
- HND / BSc Degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or related field.
- Minimum of 4 years experience in a similar role.
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Salary Range
N250,000 – N350,000 Monthly
