Job Title: HSE Supervisor

Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Employment Type: Full-Time
Reports To: Operations Manager

About the Role

• We require an experienced HSE Supervisor to champion workplace safety, ensure regulatory compliance, and promote a culture of health, safety, and environmental responsibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Safety Management: Implement and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and management systems. Monitor compliance with PPE requirements and safe work practices.
• Audits & Oversight: Conduct workplace inspections, audits, and risk assessments. Prepare HSE reports and safety performance metrics.
• Incident Response: Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses, and recommend corrective actions.
• Training & Liaison: Organize HSE inductions, toolbox talks, and safety awareness programmes. Liaise with clients and regulatory agencies on HSE matters.

Qualifications

• Education: B.Sc./HND in Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related discipline.
• Certification: NEBOSH, IOSH, ISPON, or related HSE certifications are required.
• Experience: Minimum of 4 years of relevant HSE experience.
• Core Knowledge: Strong knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations.

Salary Range
N300,000 – N400,000 Monthly
