Job Title: Marketing Officer
Locations: Port Harcourt - Rivers and Kaduna
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote insurance products and services.
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and referrals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, agents, brokers, and corporate partners.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities.
- Organize and participate in marketing campaigns, promotional events, and community outreach programs.
- Prepare and deliver product presentations, proposals, and sales materials to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with the sales and underwriting teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
- Monitor marketing performance, lead conversion, and campaign effectiveness, and prepare regular reports.
- Ensure all marketing activities comply with insurance regulations and company policies.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries, supporting policy renewals, and identifying opportunities for cross-selling and upselling insurance products.
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess relevant qualifications with 3-4 years of experience working Selling Insurance or financial services.
- ACIIN certification is an added advantage.
Salary
N600,000 - N700,000 monthly plus other benefits.
