HR Manager at a Dairy & Beverage Factory

A formal dairy and beverage manufacturing factory located in Ogun State, Nigeria. We are now seeking professional and experienced individuals to fill the position below:

Job Title: HR Manager

Location: Obafemi-Owode L.G.A, Ogun

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and implement factory HR policies in compliance with local labor laws and company rules, manage full-cycle staff recruitment, onboarding, transfer and exit procedures to guarantee stable factory manpower.
• Handle daily employee affairs, staff relations and labor issue mediation to maintain team stability, manage factory performance appraisal, staff training and team building work.

Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree or above in Human Resource Management or related management majors

Other Requirements:

• Age: 30-35 years old
• At least 5 years of professional HR management experience; factory/manufacturing HR experience is preferred.
