Job Title: Chef
Location: Abuja (FCT)

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook meals according to recipes and quality standards.
- Plan menus and create new dishes.
- Supervise and coordinate kitchen staff.
- Ensure food is prepared safely and hygienically.
- Monitor food quality, presentation, and portion sizes.
- Manage inventory and order food supplies.
- Control food costs and minimize waste.
- Maintain cleanliness and compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Train and mentor junior kitchen employees.
- Handle customer feedback related to food quality.
Skills and Qualifications
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary arts.
- Creativity in menu planning and food presentation.
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Time management and ability to work under pressure.
- Understanding of food safety and sanitation standards.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Culinary certification or relevant training (preferred).
- Previous experience in a professional kitchen.
