We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales Executive

Location: Kaduna Central, Kaduna

Responsibilities

• Generate leads + follow up with clients.
• Book property viewings and close sales.
• Build relationships with buyers / investors.
• Hit monthly targets.

Requirements

• Good communication + negotiation skills.
• Confident, target - driven, and self - motivated.
• Previous sales experience is an advantage, but not required.
• Must be based in Kaduna.

Salary and Benefits

• Package: Up to N200,000 / month.
• Basic Salary: N50,000.
• Performance Bonus: N150,000.
• Commission: 3% on every sale close.
