Job Title: Architect1

Location: Ajah, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• The Architect shall oversee architectural design, site implementation and ensure projects are executed according to approved designs and company standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review architectural designs per Estate.
• Update all renderings of all sites work in line with the Estate work progress every 3 months
• Coordinate architectural implementation on site, and ensure compliance with approved drawings.
• Actively supervise all project works to ensure they are in line with the approved Architectural drawings and provide monthly reports to management.
• Ensure each Estate project meets aesthetic and functional standards.

Salary
N400,000 - N500,000 per month.
