We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Customer Service Representative 

Location: Otokutu, Warri - Delta
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, resolving inquiries and complaints, and ensuring an excellent customer experience through effective communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person.
  • Handle customer complaints and provide timely resolutions.
  • Process orders, requests, and customer account updates.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Provide information about products, services, and company policies.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and issue resolution.
  • Meet company performance and customer service standards.

Requirements

  • OND, HND, or Bachelor's degree.
  • Previous customer service experience is an advantage
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Positive attitude and customer-first mindset.

Salary
N50,000 - N100,000 per month.
