Job Title: Admin Officer
Location: Lagos

Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative activities
- Maintain accurate records, files, and documentation (physical and digital)
- Coordinate meetings, schedules, and internal communications
- Support procurement of office supplies and inventory management
- Liaise with vendors, service providers, and internal teams
- Assist with reporting, correspondence, and administrative documentation
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures
Requirements
- 2–4 years experience in an administrative or office support role
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
