Job Title: Student Success Lead
Location: Ibadan, Oyo
Responsibilities
Outcome: Every enrolled student, admitted:
- Tracks individual and cohort-wide student progress across every active admission programme
- Identifies at-risk students early and intervenes before it's too late — not after
- Oversees programme execution: sessions, deadlines, and milestones hit on schedule, every time
- Maintains a live record of student performance and generates weekly reports for leadership
- Serves as the single point of accountability for student admission outcomes
- Escalates issues to tutors, content, and management — and follows up until resolved
- Your measure of success: admission rate of VersityEdge students goes up every cohort.
