We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Operations Manager
Location: Ibadan, Oyo
Reports to: CEO
Responsibilities
- Keeps every programme running so tightly that students never miss a beat on their path to admission — managing the team, the tutors, and every operational detail that determines outcomes.
Outcome: Zero programme failures:
- Leads all team members and ensures KPI accountability — every week, without exception
- Attends the first class of each new tutor to enforce delivery standards from day one
- Runs a full team alignment session every Thursday — meeting plans shared a day in advance
- Identifies operational challenges and resolves them before they touch a student's experience
- Ensures every student progresses and every programme milestone is hit on schedule
- Owns the operational risk register — nothing should surprise the CEO on the ground.
