Job Title: Community Manager
Location: Ibadan, Oyo
Reports to: CEO
Responsibilities
- Turns every post, comment, and DM into a pipeline for student admissions — building a community that converts strangers into enrolled, outcome-achieving students.
Outcome: More students admitted:
- Owns the weekly content calendar and full content pipeline — no gaps, no delays
- Manages all community channels: FB, LinkedIn, TikTok, WhatsApp groups & Telegram
- Handles WhatsApp customer support — responds to every enquiry promptly and professionally
- Converts warm content leads into WhatsApp opt-ins and programme enrolments
- Writes all short-form captions and ensures brand voice consistency across platforms
- Monitors comments, DMs, and brand mentions — escalates high-value leads immediately
- Understands Nigerian student admission culture deeply — this is non-negotiable
- Briefs the Content + Creator team and tracks content performance weekly
