Role Overview
- We are is seeking an Executive Partner. The ideal candidate will support in driving high-value sales and revenue generation activities.
- The role is strictly performance-based, with earnings tied to monthly target achievement and transaction performance. It is a fully remote role, requiring no physical office presence, but demands consistent execution, collaboration, and delivery of results.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive the achievement of assigned monthly sales and revenue targets
- Identify, develop, and execute high-value business opportunities
- Mobilize funds and close structured transactions across approved financial instruments
- Engage in deals such as commercial paper, bonds, shares, equity, and related investment transactions where applicable
- Maintain an active pipeline of prospects and conversion opportunities
- Collaborate with the client’s unit to execute revenue generation strategies
- Provide regular performance updates and reporting on targets and deal progress
- Ensure professionalism, compliance, and accuracy in all transaction engagements
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred) with 3-5 years experience.
- Proven experience in sales, business development, investment banking, fundraising, or high-value deal origination
- Strong ability to generate, manage, and close large-scale transactions
- Understanding of financial instruments such as bonds, equity, commercial paper, or related investment products is an advantage
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills
- Self-driven and highly performance-oriented with ability to work independently in a remote setup
- Ability to meet aggressive monthly sales targets
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality
Performance Target
- Monthly Sales Target: N500,000,000
- Performance is measured based on actual revenue/transactions successfully mobilized and completed
Compensation Structure
- Fixed Monthly Salary: N2,500,000 / Annum (Net) including commission
- Performance-Based Pay: N250,000 net (payable upon achieving 100% of monthly target)
- Total Potential Monthly Earnings: Up to N500,000 net
Commission Structure:
- In addition to monthly earnings:
- Commission Rate: 0.1% – 0.5% per transaction
Applicable based on:
- Nature of the transaction
- Size and complexity of the deal
- Value of funds mobilized or structured
