Job Title: Business Development Officer (Sales of Solar Energy Products & Solutions)

Location: Lagos

Job Description

  • We are seeking a results-driven individual to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base for solar energy solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate leads and close sales to meet and exceed assigned targets.
  • Build and maintain relationships with residential, commercial, and corporate clients.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and other sales documentation.
  • Maintain an active sales pipeline and provide regular sales reports and forecasts.
  • Identify new business opportunities and market trends.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales and business development with a track record of generating and closing sales.
  • Experience selling solar energy products and solutions is desirable 
  • Strong ability to identify prospects, generate qualified leads, and convert them into customers.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working with minimal supervision.

Compensation
Competitive Base Salary  + performance bonus + Commission (up to N2,000,000 monthly.
