Job Title: Customer Service Officer

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers via phone calls, emails, WhatsApp, and walk-in inquiries.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests.
  • Create, update, and maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
  • Log, track, and follow up on customer complaints until resolution.
  • Coordinate with the Technical, Installation, and Maintenance teams to ensure timely service delivery.
  • Schedule customer appointments for site inspections, installations, maintenance, and repairs.
  • Provide customers with accurate information regarding products, services, pricing, warranties, and company policies.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with customers to ensure satisfaction after installations or maintenance services.
  • Escalate complex customer issues to the appropriate department or management when necessary.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly customer service reports

Education & Qualification

  • Minimum of Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Mass Communication, Marketing, Public Administration, or a related field.
  • Professional certifications in Customer Service or Customer Relationship Management will be an added advantage.

Experience:

  • 1–3 years' experience in a customer service, front desk, administrative, or customer support role.
  • Experience in the solar, energy, electrical, telecommunications, or service industry is an added advantage.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to prepare reports and maintain accurate customer records.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and customer ticketing systems is an advantage.
  • Ability to use email, WhatsApp Business, and other communication platforms effectively.

Salary
N200,000 - N250,000 monthly.
