We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Architectural Lead

Location: Fadeyi, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Summary

• Senior leadership role in an architectural firm, managing design operations, staff deployment, project delivery, and quality assurance.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain quality standards and BIM compliance
• Oversee projects and coordinate with consultants/contractors
• Validate site queries and maintain records
• Lead staff reviews and support HR initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s & Master’s Degree in Architecture
• 5+ years experience, 2+ in leadership
• Strong Revit/BIM skills
• Knowledge of Nigerian construction standards
• Excellent communication & leadership abilities.

Salary
N400,000 - N500,000 monthly.
