Job Summary

• To oversee the company's daily recycling operations, ensure production efficiency, secure a steady supply of recyclable materials, develop supplier relationships, drive business growth, and ensure profitability, quality, and compliance with company standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee all daily recycling operations.
• Ensure production targets are achieved within agreed timelines.
• Monitor operational efficiency and implement process improvements.
• Ensure optimal utilization of manpower, machinery, and resources.
• Coordinate production schedules with the Factory Manager.
• Monitor plant performance and minimize machine downtime.
• Ensure timely maintenance of equipment and machinery.
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.

Qualification

• Interested candidates should possess B.Sc. Degree / HND qualification with 3-4 years of experience.

Skills:

• Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint

Salary
N200,000 monthly.
