Job Title: ICT / Connectivity Lead

Job Summary
- We are seeking an experienced and proactive ICT Lead to oversee our organization’s information technology operations, ensure reliable IT infrastructure, drive digital transformation, and provide strategic technical support to enhance business efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and direction for the ICT department and team members.
- Develop, implement, and maintain ICT strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Manage IT infrastructure including networks, servers, hardware, software, and security systems.
- Ensure smooth operation, availability, and security of all IT systems.
- Monitor and maintain cybersecurity measures, data protection, and access controls.
- Manage installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of IT equipment and applications.
- Oversee system backups, disaster recovery, and business continuity plans.
- Provide technical support and guidance to staff across departments.
- Manage ICT projects, vendor relationships, and technology procurement.
- Develop and enforce ICT policies, procedures, and standards.
- Monitor system performance and recommend improvements.
- Train and mentor ICT team members.
- Prepare ICT reports, budgets, and performance updates for management.
Education & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related field.
Relevant professional certifications such as:
- Information Technology certifications (e.g., networking, cybersecurity, cloud certifications) are an advantage.
- Cisco certifications (CCNA/CCNP) are an advantage.
- Microsoft certifications are an advantage.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, and system administration.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and best practices.
- Strong understanding of hardware, software, and enterprise applications.
- Experience with Microsoft environments, cloud solutions, and database management.
- Ability to manage ICT projects and lead a technical team.
- Strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Excellent organizational and decision-making skills.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in ICT/IT operations.
- Proven experience managing IT infrastructure and systems.
- Experience leading or supervising an ICT team.
- Experience in healthcare, corporate, or enterprise environments is an added advantage.
- Demonstrated experience implementing IT solutions and improvements.
