Job Title: Site Manager

Location: Onikan, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• We are recruiting for the position of Site Manager, the role is responsible for all aspects of the development of the building construction project on site.
• The Site Manager will oversee and coordinate building construction projects on the site.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for all technical aspects of the work, managing project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing and coordinating building construction project on the site using various methodologies.
• Managing project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
• Coordinating and managing site personnel, including contractors, subcontractors, and labourers.
• Monitoring and providing weekly report on the project progress, costs, and quality, including tracking progress against project schedules and budgets.
• Communicating with clients, stakeholders, and team members, including architects, engineers, quantity surveyors, and project managers.
• Ensuring site safety and implementing site-specific safety plan.
• Managing site logistics, including materials, equipment, and waste.
• Collaborating with other departments such as QS, etc. to ensure effective project delivery.

Requirements

• HND/B.Sc in Building Technology, Civil Engineering or related field.
• 10 years’ experience as a contractor’s Site Engineer
• Must have managed by himself a project of at least 7 floors each from foundation to handover.
• Must have a total understanding of all the technical details of each building trade in the building construction process.
• Must be able to meet tight deadlines.
• Must have a good command of spoken and written English

Salary
N550,000 per month.
