Job Description

• We are seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to handle customer inquiries, provide information about products and services, resolve complaints, and ensure a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Attend to customer inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally.
• Provide accurate information about the company's products and services.
• Process customer orders, requests, and transactions as required.
• Maintain records of customer interactions and follow up when necessary.
• Resolve customer issues and escalate complex matters to the appropriate department.
• Support sales and operational teams in delivering excellent customer service.
• Maintain a positive and professional relationship with customers at all times.

Required Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping.

Remuneration and Benefits

• Monthly salary of N60,000 – N70,000 (based on qualifications and experience).
