We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Executive Assistant

Location: Ibadan, Oyo
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide administrative and operational support to senior management.
  • The ideal candidate must possess strong communication skills, be experienced in content creation, and have excellent computer proficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and secretarial support to the Executive/Management.
  • Manage schedules, appointments, meetings, and correspondence.
  • Create and manage digital content for company communications and social media platforms.
  • Maintain accurate records, files, and confidential documents.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and events when required.

Required Skills

  • Proven content creation and writing skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Good knowledge of computer applications, internet research, and digital tools.
  • Ability to prepare presentations, reports, and spreadsheets.
  • Familiarity with graphic design and content management tools is an added advantage.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work with minimal supervision.
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality.

Salary
N80,000 – N90,000 Monthly.
