Job Description
- We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide administrative and operational support to senior management.
- The ideal candidate must possess strong communication skills, be experienced in content creation, and have excellent computer proficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and secretarial support to the Executive/Management.
- Manage schedules, appointments, meetings, and correspondence.
- Create and manage digital content for company communications and social media platforms.
- Maintain accurate records, files, and confidential documents.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and events when required.
Required Skills
- Proven content creation and writing skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Good knowledge of computer applications, internet research, and digital tools.
- Ability to prepare presentations, reports, and spreadsheets.
- Familiarity with graphic design and content management tools is an added advantage.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work with minimal supervision.
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
Salary
N80,000 – N90,000 Monthly.
