Job Title: Sales Supervisor

Location: Lagos

Job Summary

  • We are seeking a results-driven Sales Supervisor to lead our sales team, drive revenue growth, and expand our market presence across Nigeria.
  • The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the FMCG, beauty, or cosmetics industry and excel at mentoring a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership: Recruit, train, mentor, and supervise a team of beauty advisors and field sales representatives.
  • Market Expansion: Identify new sales channels (distributors, wholesalers, modern trade) and build strong client relationships.
  • Strategy & Quotas: Develop and execute sales strategies designed to meet and exceed monthly/quarterly revenue targets.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor daily / weekly sales performance, analyze market data, and adjust plans to stay ahead of the competition.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Education: Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3–5 years of progressive sales experience in the cosmetics, personal care, or FMCG industry.
  • Skills: Strong negotiation, team motivation, and consultative selling skills.
