Job Summary

• As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing restaurant operations, improving customer experience, driving revenue growth, and ensuring operational profitability.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure exceptional service delivery and operational efficiency
• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, customer traffic, and overall business performance
• Manage staff performance, scheduling, training, and adherence to company standards
• Monitor inventory, food costs, operational expenses, and revenue targets to maximize profitability
• Build customer relationships and implement initiatives that enhance customer satisfaction and retention

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Food Service Management, or a related field
• 5–7 years' experience in restaurant operations and management
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth, increasing customer traffic, and achieving business targets
• Strong understanding of restaurant operations, cost control, inventory management, and customer service
• Excellent leadership, business development, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Salary
NGN 500,000 – 600,000 Net Monthly.
