Agric Hub City (AHC) is the physical flagship project and agricultural/ecotourism destination developed, owned, and managed by Survival Agricultural Hub Limited (SAHL).

Job Title: Crop / Farm Manager

Location: Ibadan, Oyo
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary 

• The Crop/Farm Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, and supervising all crop production and farm operations to ensure maximum productivity, quality, and profitability.
• The role involves managing planting, cultivation, irrigation, pest control, harvesting, staff supervision, equipment utilization, and compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.

Key Responsibilities
Farm Planning and Crop Production:

• Develop and implement annual and seasonal crop production plans.
• Schedule and oversee land preparation, planting, cultivation, irrigation, fertilization, and harvesting activities.
• Monitor crop growth and ensure optimal crop health and productivity.
• Select appropriate crop varieties based on market demand, climate, and soil conditions.
• Implement best agricultural practices to improve yield and quality.

Salary
N120,000 – N150,000 per month.
