We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Accountant

Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for the following duties:

• Prepare, track, analyse, and report budget variances.
• Prepare and review monthly financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Handle tax matters and annual statutory returns.
• Liaise with external auditors and support the execution of statutory audit exercises.
• Ensure internal control systems, policies, and procedures are implemented in line with management requirements.
• Supervise and coordinate the activities of accounting staff.

Requirements

• Minimum of a First Degree or HND qualification in Accounting or a related field.
• At least 7 years of relevant and proven work experience as an accountant.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and supervisory skills.

Salary
N300,000 - N400,000 / month.
