Job Summary

• We are seeking a skilled Baker with hands-on experience in bread baking to support daily production and ensure quality standards are met.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and bake different types of bread daily
• Measure and mix ingredients according to recipes
• Monitor baking processes to ensure quality and consistency
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the baking area
• Operate and care for baking equipment

Requirements

• Minimum of NCE / OND
• Proven experience in bread baking (mandatory)
• Knowledge of baking techniques and food safety
• Ability to work early mornings and meet production timelines
• Must reside around Lekki / Ajah Axis.

Salary
N155,000 (Gross) per month.
