Job Title: Experienced Architect

Location: Ile Ife, Osun

Job Summary

• We are seeking a skilled and innovative Architect to join our team.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating functional, practical, and aesthetically pleasing architectural designs while ensuring strict adherence to approved building plans and specifications throughout project execution.

Responsibilities

• Develop architectural concepts, designs, drawings, and presentations.
• Design practical, efficient, and user-centered spaces that meet client requirements.
• Prepare detailed architectural drawings and construction documentation.
• Review project requirements and translate them into functional design solutions.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure construction activities align with approved architectural plans and specifications.
• Identify and address deviations from approved designs and recommend corrective actions.
• Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
• Ensure compliance with applicable building codes, standards, and regulations.
• Provide technical support and clarification on architectural drawings when required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or a related field.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other relevant design software.
• Strong architectural design, landscapingand surveying skills.
• Excellent understanding of construction drawings and building standards.
• Ability to design practical and functional spaces while maintaining aesthetic appeal.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
