Job Summary
- We are seeking a skilled and passionate Chef de Partie (CDP) – Pizza to join our kitchen team in Victoria Island, Lagos.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality pizzas, ensuring consistency, maintaining food safety standards, and delivering an excellent dining experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook a variety of pizzas according to established recipes and quality standards.
- Prepare pizza dough, sauces, and toppings.
- Ensure food is prepared and presented consistently.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the pizza station and kitchen area.
- Monitor inventory levels and report stock requirements.
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Minimize food wastage and support cost-control initiatives.
- Work closely with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient operations.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Pizza Chef or Chef de Partie (Pizza).
- Strong knowledge of pizza preparation, dough handling, and baking techniques.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Good understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Culinary certification is an added advantage.
