Job Title: Business / Finance Lead

Location: Lagos

Role Summary

• We are seeking an experienced and resourceful Business & Finance Lead to drive capital formation for a real estate business.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing and structuring funding opportunities including equity investments, debt financing, joint ventures, and strategic partnerships to support real estate acquisition, development, and expansion projects.
• This role requires strong investor networks, financial structuring expertise, and a proven ability to close deals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end - to - end fundraising efforts for real estate projects (equity, debt, mezzanine financing, and partnerships).
• Identify and engage high - net - worth individuals (HNWIs), institutional investors, private equity firms, and lenders.
• Structure investment deals, term sheets, and funding proposals.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of investors and funding partners.
• Conduct financial modeling, valuation analysis, and investment feasibility studies.
• Negotiate investment terms and close funding agreements.
• Develop investor presentations, pitch decks, and fundraising materials.
• Manage relationships with banks, investment firms, and strategic partners.
• Work closely with executive leadership on capital strategy and deal execution.
• Ensure compliance with relevant financial and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 3+ years experience in investment banking, private equity, real estate finance, corporate finance, or fundraising.
• Proven track record of raising capital or closing investment deals.
• Strong network within investment, banking, or real estate finance circles (a major advantage).
• Excellent financial modeling and valuation skills.
• Strong negotiation and deal structuring capabilities.
• Ability to work independently and deliver under pressure.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field.
