Job Title: Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Description
- We are looking for a strategic, detail-oriented, and experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to oversee the financial operations of our organization and support sustainable business growth.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement financial strategies and plans
- Preparation of financial reporting and budgeting
- Oversee budgeting and forecasting
- Monitor cash flow and financial performance
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies
- Provide financial insights to support business decisions
- Manage relationships with banks, auditors, and financial partners
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- Strong financial management and analytical skills
- Excellent leadership and decision-making abilities
- Proficiency in financial reporting and budgeting
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Professional corsifications (ICAN, ACCA, CFA, etc.) are an adied ackantage
- Previous experience in a senior finance role is required.
