Summary

  • The Young Talent Program (Direct Sales) is a structured development initiative designed to identify, train, and develop ambitious graduates into high-performing Direct Sales Executives.
  • Participants will receive intensive classroom and field training in customer acquisition, sales techniques, relationship management, and financial products while building a rewarding career in sales and business development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and acquire new customers through direct sales activities, referrals, and field prospecting.
  • Promote and sell the organization's products and services to prospective customers.
  • Generate leads through cold calling, networking, roadshows, and marketing activations.
  • Conduct customer needs assessments and recommend suitable solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive retention and repeat business.
  • Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Deliver product presentations and demonstrations to potential customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline updates.
