We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Customer Service Officer

Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a vital role in creating memorable customer experiences, managing inquiries, supporting property transactions, and ensuring client satisfaction at every stage of their journey.

Key Responsibilities

  • Attend to client inquiries through phone calls, emails, social media, and walk - in visits.
  • Provide accurate information about available properties, payment plans, and company services.
  • Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions and update CRM systems.
  • Coordinate property inspections, site visits, and client appointments.
  • Follow up on leads, prospects, and existing clients.
  • Collaborate with the Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Prepare customer service reports and client feedback summaries.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in customer service, preferably within the real estate industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM software.
  • Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and maintain professionalism at all times.
  • Strong problem-solving and customer engagement skills.
