Job Title: Branch Manager
Locations: Lagos and Ogun

Responsibilities
- Own revenue expansion within existing accounts through structured upsell and cross-sell initiatives
- Act as the commercial lead for key clients, strengthening long-term value and positioning CitygateGlobalas a core financial partner
- Build and convert a high-quality pipeline across SMEs and other products.sOwn the full sales cycle; sourcing, qualification, negotiation, and convert demand into revenue
- Proactively identify churn risks and take decisive action to protect and grow revenue
- Deliver a clear commercial growth strategy across acquisition, retention, and revenue expansion
- Be directly accountable for revenue performance across all products, with a strong focus on measurable outcomes
- Translate strategy into execution by driving pipeline generation, conversion, and revenue realization.
