We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Hotel Supervisor

Location: Lagos

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily operations to ensure cleanliness and organization of all areas.
• Conduct regular inspections of rooms, public areas, and facilities to ensure they are well-maintained and guest-ready.
• Manage housekeeping inventory, including ordering and tracking supplies and equipment.
• Address and resolve clients' complaints regarding housekeeping service promptly and professionally.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a supervisor in a hospitality setting.
• Knowledge of housekeeping techniques, tools, and equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Preferably reside around Pedro and its environment.
