Job Title: Business Manager

Job Summary

• We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our food and hospitality business, ensuring operational efficiency, profitability, and exceptional customer satisfaction
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, managing budgets and operational costs, leading high-performing teams, and identifying opportunities to improve performance and expand market presence.

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee daily business operations to ensure efficiency and profitability.
• Develop and implement growth strategies to increase revenue and business performance.
• Manage business budgets, expenses, and operational costs.
• Monitor staff performance and ensure operational excellence across departments.
• Build and maintain strong customer and stakeholder relationships.
• Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for business expansion.
• Ensure excellent customer experience and service delivery.
• Prepare reports and provide strategic recommendations to management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3 - 5 years proven experience in a managerial or business management role, preferably in the food, hospitality, or service industry.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent business development and operational management abilities.
• Financial management and reporting skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Salary
N300,000 – N400,000 Monthly (Net)
