Job Title: General Manager, Sales

Job Summary

  • The General Manager, Sales, is responsible for overseeing and driving the commercial success of the organization.
  • This role involves developing and implementing sales strategies, managing sales teams, building customer relationships, and ensuring that the company meets its revenue targets.
  • The GM Sales plays a crucial role in driving business growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and submit comprehensive weekly and monthly reports to the Chairman, detailing sales performance, market trends, and strategic recommendations.
  • Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
  • Foster strong working relationships with sales, marketing, and other departments to identify and capitalize on commercial opportunities.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop effective sales strategies and promotional activities.
  • Oversee all sales activities, ensuring the timely and efficient closure of both retail and fleet sales.
  • Establish and manage sales targets for the team, holding them accountable for achieving results.
  • Identifying target account, creating strategy to securing new business and executing sales and marketing plan.

Requirements

  • Possess Bachelor’s Degree and Master’s Megree in relevant courses or MBA.
  • Have over 15 years’ experience working in a multinational environment.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and successfully leading teams in high- pressure environments.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport, motivate, and influence others.
