Job Title: Architect

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

• Develop architectural designs, drawings, and specifications for residential, commercial, and industrial projects.
• Meet with clients to understand project requirements, objectives, and budget constraints.
• Prepare concept designs, 3D models, presentations, and construction documents.
• Ensure designs comply with building regulations, safety standards, and zoning requirements.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure adherence to approved designs.
• Review and approve architectural materials, finishes, and construction methods.
• Prepare project cost estimates and assist in budget planning.
• Manage project timelines and ensure timely delivery of design milestones.
• Identify and resolve design and construction-related issues.
• Obtain necessary permits and approvals from relevant authorities.
• Provide technical guidance and support to project teams.
• Review contractor submissions, shop drawings, and requests for information (RFIs).
• Maintain accurate project documentation, reports, and records.
• Ensure quality assurance and compliance with company standards and client expectations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or a related field. (Second class upper or first class).
• Professional certification or registration with a recognized architectural body is an advantage.
• Proven experience in architectural design and project management.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, ArchiCAD, and other design software.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction processes.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

N250,000 - N300,000 monthly.
