We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Customer Service Officer (After Sales)

Location: Ogba-Ikeja / Berger Axis - Lagos

Requirements
Qualifications:

  • Minimum of OND, HND, or Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in customer service or after-sales support.
  • Strong work ethic and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Other Requirements:

  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • Ability to manage customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a positive attitude.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM experience is an added advantage.
