Job Title: Storekeeper

Location: Lagos (Project Sites)
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• We are seeking a diligent, organized, and detail-oriented Store Keeper to manage inventory and materials across our various project sites.
• The Store Keeper will be responsible for receiving, storing, issuing, and maintaining records of construction materials, tools, equipment, and supplies at company project sites.
• The ideal candidate will ensure proper inventory control, accurate documentation, and accountability of all materials received from vendors and issued for site operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive materials, tools, and equipment delivered by vendors and suppliers.
• Verify quantities and quality of goods received against delivery notes, invoices, and purchase orders.
• Prepare and maintain Goods Received Notes (GRNs) and inventory records.
• Ensure proper storage and safekeeping of all materials and equipment.
• Issue materials only upon approved requests and maintain issuance records.
• Monitor stock levels and report low-stock items for replenishment.
• Conduct periodic stock counts and inventory reconciliation.
• Maintain accurate records of stock movement and material utilization.
• Report damaged, missing, or excess materials to Management.
• Ensure cleanliness, organization, and security of the store facility.
• Support procurement, project teams, and management with inventory reports.
• Ensure compliance with company inventory management procedures and policies.

Requirements

• Minimum of OND, HND, or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years relevant experience as a Store Keeper, Inventory Officer, or Warehouse Assistant.
• Experience in the construction or real estate industry is an added advantage.
• Good knowledge of inventory management and storekeeping procedures.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic record-keeping systems.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• High level of integrity, accountability, and reliability.
• Ability to work independently and effectively in a site environment.

Salary
N200,000 - N250,000 per month.
