Job Summary
- The Digital Marketer will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote our products and services across all digital channels.
- The ideal candidate must possess a strong understanding of social media management, content creation, graphics design/video editing tools, and e-commerce growth strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Social Media Management: Manage, grow, and engage our communities across all social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X).
- Content Creation: Design visually appealing graphics and shoot/edit engaging video content (Reels, TikToks, YouTube shorts) showcasing our inventory and tech solutions.
- Campaign Management: Plan and execute paid ad campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads) to generate leads and drive retail sales.
- E-commerce & SEO: Manage product listings on our website and third-party e-commerce platforms, optimizing them for search engine visibility (SEO).
- Email Marketing: Design and deploy weekly newsletters and promotional emails to retain existing clients and convert leads.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor, analyze, and report on web traffic, social media engagement, and ad campaign ROI weekly.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: B.Sc / HND in Marketing, Mass Communication, Information Technology, or a related field. Relevant digital marketing certifications are an advantage.
- Experience: 2–3 years of proven experience as a Digital Marketer, Content Creator, or similar role (experience in the tech/retail industry is a massive plus).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with design and editing tools (Canva, Adobe Photoshop/Premiere Pro, CapCut) and ad managers (Meta Business Suite, Google Ads).
- Copywriting: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a knack for writing catchy, sales-driven captions and copy.
- SEO Knowledge: Basic understanding of SEO principles and Google Analytics.
