Job Summary
- We are seeking a responsible, professional, and safety-conscious Executive Driver to provide reliable transportation support for Management and official business operations.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting executives and staff to designated locations, ensuring safe and timely movement, maintaining assigned vehicles in excellent condition, and upholding the highest standards of professionalism, confidentiality, and road safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely transport Management, staff, and authorized personnel to meetings, site inspections, business engagements, and other official assignments.
- Ensure punctual pick - up and drop - off schedules at all times.
- Maintain accurate vehicle movement and mileage records in the approved logbook.
- Conduct daily vehicle inspections to ensure roadworthiness and operational efficiency.
- Monitor fuel levels and vehicle performance and promptly report maintenance requirements.
- Ensure assigned vehicles are kept clean, presentable, and in excellent working condition at all times.
- Observe all traffic laws, road safety regulations, and Company vehicle policies.
- Assist with the delivery and collection of official documents and materials when required.
- Report accidents, incidents, traffic violations, or vehicle defects immediately.
- Maintain confidentiality regarding Company information, Management discussions, and business activities.
- Support administrative and operational activities as may be assigned by Management.
- Ensure all vehicle documents, licenses, insurance, and regulatory requirements remain valid and up to date.
Salary
N100,000 - N150,000 / month.
