Job Description

• We are looking for a confident and persuasive communicator with a proactive and target-driven mindset.
• To serve as the first point of contact for prospective students while actively engaging and converting leads into applicants

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree 1—3years' experience in customer service, call centre, or sales roles
• Proven experience in cold calling and lead conversion
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional, organised, and customer-focused
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office/CRM tools.
