We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Facility Manager

Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced and proactive Facility Manager to oversee the maintenance, safety, and efficient operation of our facilities.
• The ideal candidate will ensure a safe, functional, and well-maintained environment while managing vendors, budgets, and facility services.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily facility operations and maintenance activities.
• Manage contractors, vendors, and service providers.
• Ensure compliance with HSE and regulatory standards.
• Monitor facility budgets and control operational costs.
• Coordinate repairs, inspections, and preventive maintenance.

Requirements

• B.Sc, B.Eng, or HND in Engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years' relevant experience in facility management or a related field with at least 3 years in a top supervisory position.
• Professional certification in IFMA is required (MUST HAVE).
• COREN registration is an added advantage.
• Certifications such as; ISO, NEBOSH, PMP will be an added advantage.
• Should be Resident in Port Harcourt or willing to relocate.
