We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Customer Experience Officer

Location: Lagos 

Job Summary

• We are looking for a calm, articulate, and customer-focused individual to join our team and support client experience and communication.

What You’ll Do

• Respond to customer inquiries across platforms.
• Assist with order tracking, complaints, and feedback.
• Support client communication and follow-ups.
• Maintain a positive and professional brand tone.

Requirements

• Patient, professional, and solution-oriented.
• Strong communication skills (written and spoken).
• Comfortable handling customer interactions.
• Detail-oriented with a calm approach to issues.
• Clear and polite communication style.
• Ability to handle inquiries and resolve complaints.
• Good understanding of customer care principles.
• Reliability and consistency in response handling.

Bonus Points:

• Previous experience in customer service or front desk roles.
• Familiarity with WhatsApp Business, CRM tools, or email support systems.
• Basic computer literacy (Google Docs, Sheets, etc.).
• Experience in retail, fashion, or service-based environments.
