We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Chief Operating Officer

Location: Sagamu Interchange, Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time

Description

  • The Chief Operating Officer (COO) is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the infusion manufacturing company, ensuring efficient production processes, quality assurance, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence.
  • The COO collaborates closely with the executive team to develop and implement strategic initiatives that drive growth, optimize productivity, and maintain the highest standards of safety and quality in infusion drug manufacturing.

Key Responsibilties

  • Operational Leadership: Lead and manage all manufacturing, supply chain, quality assurance, and facilities operations to ensure seamless production and delivery of infusion products.
  • Manufacturing Processes: Oversee production planning, process optimization, equipment maintenance, and capacity planning to meet quality standards and customer demands.
  • Quality & Compliance: Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements (e.g., FDA, EMA, GMP), maintain certifications, and foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
  • Regulatory & Safety Standards: Implement and monitor safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment and adherence to industry regulations.
  • Strategic Planning: Work with the executive team to develop operational strategies aligned with company goals, including innovation, cost reduction, and scalability.
  • Financial Oversight: Manage operational budgets, control costs, and improve operational efficiency to support profitability.
  • Supply Chain & Logistics: Optimize procurement, inventory management, and distribution channels to ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Team Leadership: Build, develop, and retain a high-performing operations team, fostering a culture of accountability, excellence, and continuous learning.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Coordinate with R&D, quality assurance, sales, and regulatory teams to ensure alignment and successful product launches.
  • Risk Management: Identify operational risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure business continuity.

Qualifications

  • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor`s Degree with 7 years experience.
