Job Title: Customer Service & Social Media Assistant (Female)

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Working Days: Monday – Saturday
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM

Job Summary

  • We are seeking a smart, organized, and customer-focused Customer Service & Social Media Assistant to support our daily operations.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for attending to customers, processing orders, conducting product quality checks, managing inventory records, and creating engaging content for our social media platforms.
  • The successful candidate must be detail-oriented, accountable, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment while delivering excellent customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
  • Process and track customer orders from placement to delivery.
  • Conduct quality checks on products before dispatch.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely order fulfillment.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues professionally.
  • Capture photos and videos for social media content.
  • Assist in creating and posting engaging content across social media platforms.
  • Support marketing and promotional activities where necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and order activities.
  • Ensure a seamless and positive customer experience at all times.

Requirements

  • Minimum of HND / B.Sc Degree in any discipline.
  • Female candidates only.
  • Previous experience in customer service, social media management, retail operations, or a related role is an added advantage.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Basic knowledge of social media platforms and content creation.
  • Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
