Job Summary
- We are seeking a smart, enthusiastic, and customer - focused Customer Service Advocate to join our team.
- This role is ideal for NYSC members seeking a Place of Primary Assignment (PPA), interns, and fresh graduates looking to gain practical experience in customer relationship management, complaint resolution, and customer engagement.
- The successful candidate will serve as the first point of contact for customers, ensuring excellent service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, social media, and in - person interactions.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
- Provide accurate information about company products and services.
- Maintain customer records and update relevant databases.
- Follow up on customer requests and ensure timely resolution.
- Assist in conducting customer satisfaction surveys and feedback collection.
- Support the sales and operations teams in customer engagement activities.
- Prepare weekly and monthly customer service reports.
- Maintain a professional and positive attitude when interacting with customers.
- Contribute ideas for improving customer experience and service delivery.
Qualifications
- B.Sc. / HND in any discipline.
- Fresh graduates and NYSC members are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates seeking a Place of Primary Assignment (PPA) are welcome.
- Previous internship or customer service experience is an added advantage.

N80,000 - N100,000 / month.
