Job Title: Customer Service Advocate

Location: Ogudu, Lagos

Job Summary

  • We are seeking a smart, enthusiastic, and customer - focused Customer Service Advocate to join our team.
  • This role is ideal for NYSC members seeking a Place of Primary Assignment (PPA), interns, and fresh graduates looking to gain practical experience in customer relationship management, complaint resolution, and customer engagement.
  • The successful candidate will serve as the first point of contact for customers, ensuring excellent service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, social media, and in - person interactions.
  • Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Provide accurate information about company products and services.
  • Maintain customer records and update relevant databases.
  • Follow up on customer requests and ensure timely resolution.
  • Assist in conducting customer satisfaction surveys and feedback collection.
  • Support the sales and operations teams in customer engagement activities.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly customer service reports.
  • Maintain a professional and positive attitude when interacting with customers.
  • Contribute ideas for improving customer experience and service delivery.

Qualifications

  • B.Sc. / HND in any discipline.
  • Fresh graduates and NYSC members are encouraged to apply.
  • Candidates seeking a Place of Primary Assignment (PPA) are welcome.
  • Previous internship or customer service experience is an added advantage.

Salary
N80,000 - N100,000 / month.
