Job Title: Food Production Development Analyst (Entry Level)

Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos

Job Description

  • Product Development Analyst is responsible for assisting and occasionally leading, multifunctional teams in the analysis, design, development, and releasing of new products or product enhancements.
  • The Place Restaurant is actively looking to improve product usability and quality through better user interaction design and quality assurance.
  • We are looking for talented BSc Holder, preferably female who loves food, very smart & with good attention to details.

Responsibilities

  • Responsibilities would include: Research, Process Documentation & Improvement, Product Development, Market research & surveys, Problem Solving, Restaurant visits & product monitoring.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in a food science related area  .
  • A catering training or culinary internship experience is required.
  • Minimum of 2:1 class of Degree.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft software development tools.
  • Must be residing in Lagos.
