Job Title: Marketing Executive

Description
- Marketing Strategy Development: Assist in designing and implementing comprehensive marketing campaigns to promote property listings, drive investor interest, and enhance brand visibility for Property Question Nigeria Limited.
- Sales Support and Lead Generation: Collaborate with the sales team to generate high-quality leads, converting marketing enquiries into viable sales opportunities, and tracking the customer journey from initial contact to closure.
- Market Research and Analysis: Conduct ongoing analysis of real estate market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform pricing strategies and promotional efforts.
- Reporting and Performance Tracking: Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly marketing performance reports, including key metrics such as lead generation, conversion rates, return on investment, and sales figures.
- Budget Management: Assist in planning and managing the marketing budget to ensure cost-effective allocation of resources while maximising sales outcomes.
- Brand Custodianship: Ensure all marketing communications adhere to the company’s brand guidelines and professional standards.
