Job Title: Project Governance Quality & Risk Manager

Location: Utako, Abuja

Description

• As we continue to expand our operations and strengthen our corporate structure, we are seeking competent, disciplined and results-driven individuals who can contribute to a vision built on excellence, integrity, innovation and long-term impact.
• These is a full-time, on-site roles for professional with strong leadership ability, technical expertise, sound judgment, integrity and proven experience in their respective fields.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Management, Project Management, Business Administration, Risk Management, Quality Management or any related field; a Master's Degree is an added advantage.
• Professional certification or training in Project Management, Risk Management, Quality Assurance, Compliance, Internal Control, PMP, PRINCE2, ISO or related disciplines is a necessity.
• Minimum of 6 years' relevant experience in project governance, quality control, risk management, project monitoring, compliance, operations management and project-based organizational leadership, preferably within multi business environments.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong project governance, quality assurance, risk management, compliance monitoring, internal control and performance review skills across multiple departments and project environments.
• Excellent ability to develop project frameworks, review project plans, identify operational risks, monitor deliverables, enforce quality standards and ensure teams follow approved UR9 Group processes.
• Strong leadership, reporting, documentation, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to advise management and coordinate with cross-sector and business teams.
